Yes. We are a lovebrand based in the Czech Republic, where in three years we have sold and produced more than 100 000 OnGlazz glass plates that customers have customized on our website. Reviews, videos, company profiles and other mentions of us can be found all over the internet. Now we have decided to show our unique product to the rest of Europe. We appreciate your interest!

Frequently asked questions - question Are your plates made from glass or plastic?


Our plates are of course made of clear glass. And not just any glass – this is the highest quality batch of crystal glass available. Our glassmakers import it from Italy and France and hand cut each piece. No plastic junk! We also make the highest quality plate accessories, whether it be solid wood stands, gift wrapping and other items. The quality of our material is our absolute priority.

If you want to check the exact status of your order, click on the Track your order tab in the top right corner of our website. After entering the tracking code from the confirmation email, you will see all the information about the status of your order updated live.

Frequently asked questions - question What is the purchasing procedure at OnGlazz?


You can create your plate in the editor of your choice. Don't worry, the whole process is very intuitive, and anyone can do it. First you upload your own selected photo or illustration to the editor. Then you fill in the texts that will be on the plate. Finally, you choose their color, the size of the plate and make the final adjustments (e.g. add various graphic decorations). This is followed by the standard check-out process. There is nothing complicated about it. Give it a try!

We treat every order with the utmost care, but in rare cases, something can go wrong. All you have to do is contact us at info@onglazz.com. We will send you a new plate at our full expense.

The situation can be resolved in two ways. Either go to the website address www.onglazz.com, where you will find a link to the complaint form in the top bar and footer of the website. This form can be completed in a few seconds. Our customer service department will then resolve your complaint as soon as possible. You can also email us at complaints@onglazz.com.

Frequently asked questions - question How to avoid damaging my plate?


Clean the plate only with a dry, soft cloth. Cleaning with a wet cloth can damage the back of the plate, which is where the print layer is located. Also, do not expose the plate to steam, moisture or other strong effects of nature. The plate is intended as an interior decoration.
